During the months of January and February, RSU 20 staff participated in a district wide challenge called Stay Strong All Winter Long. The school who had the greatest percentage of staff participating in the challenge as well as encourage healthy habits/ activity in the school earned the RSU 20 Healthy Staff Healthy School banner and the bragging rights as the healthiest staff in RSU 20. Ames staff logged over 962 hours!!! Five individuals from the winning school as well as 3 individuals from across the district will receive a $25 gift certificate from one of the following local business: Belfast COOP, EBS, CURVES, Belfast Dance Studio, Barbara COOk (Massage), Bell the Cat, The Barefood Storyteller and Left Banks Books. Winners are: AMES: Maggie Campbell, Kris Federle, Cheryl Mallard, Carrie White, and Rhonda Kinney District: Stepheny Merando, Jo-Ann Nealy and Cynthia Martell.
